Led by co-founders Rayhana Sait-Erasmus and Vicki Scheffel, we bring years of experience in global marketing, social impact, and creative strategy to every project, along with an energy that is both “infectious and uplifting” (according to our clients!).
Vicki + Ray’s Story
Rayhana and Vicki met in 2013 and discovered they shared the belief that the spark of human creativity could be harnessed and used to make a positive impact on the world. In 2023, that vision became a reality and In Good We Trust was born.

Herding projects, people… and the occasional rescue animal. If kindness had a project manager, it would be me. Like my spirit animal border collie – loyal, hardworking, and always keeping things (and budgets) in check – I make sure deadlines, details, and deliveries are handled with care. Finances or furry friends, I believe everything runs better with a little patience. And a lot of heart.
