Online SA Wine Level 1

The first module explores the essentials of wine knowledge. A brief history of wine is followed by what wine is made from and where it grows best. The course then investigates the basic principles of wine making and some of the key grape varieties used in South Africa. After passing the exam, students receive a certificate and pin to display their achievement. This is an online only module. It can come with Vinitube samples couriered to you in South Africa.

Duration: Self-study of online course material plus 30 minutes for validation exam.
